Committee chairpersons, volunteers and staff were also lauded for their work during the year. Galatio also presented a special report to the membership and passed the gavel of the presidency to Bill Hoover.
The Builder Member of the Year Award went to Rick Baron of Astoria Homes for the time and effort dedicated to assisting the association and industry on important matters such as community development, utilities, off sites, grading and subdivision regulation. "He is the Builder Member of the Year because of the impact of his work and service on behalf of all of us," says Galatio.
